Jon & Jess Lumer started Western Pine Realty in 2020 so that they could define the customized service they offer to every client and find new ways to deliver real estate services better-suited to your needs.
A Bigger Purpose
Since 2020, Western Pine Realty has been donating 10% of all income (prior to deducting expenses and taxes) to some of the world’s most effective charities. We give out fox sweaters to mark the occasion when a donation is made. If you see someone wearing a fox sweater, that person has likely helped saved a human life through a real estate transaction. You should still give them a heads up before you try and hug them.

Keep a sharp eye on things with our saved searches. We advise you to track a narrower section of the market and to become an expert in that area. We help you select and program the relevant criteria. Know everything about your product category and feel confident when it’s time to make big decisions.
Peak Doc Review Services
Knowing what you’re buying means knowing what you’re reading. We’ve been through this a thousand times so that you don’t need to become an expert on the first pass. We review documents with you and point out the relevant bits, the reassuring bits, and the concerning bits that need further investigation.
All the Frills
We want to leave you feeling that you got a little extra. This could mean some light free staging, a little help with a minor job to get a listing ready, or just being physically present as much as possible during your home search. We will do whatever we can to save you time and we always make time for you.
